HI IM FROM UK,20 YEAR OLD GIRL ISTARTED WORK MY FACE HAVE BECOME REALLY OILY AND HAVE SPOTS AND PIMPLES SOMETIMES ON MY NECK TO PLEASE HELP ANYONE

Hi Salma - I hope this helps you.
1) Wash your face every morning and every night with a face wash especially for oily skin and for acne. (neutrogena or a similar product will work)
2) Don't touch your face during the day except for washing it
3) Drink a lot of water
4) If you work with paper products a lot then you should wash your hands often to remove the residue left from the paper which can cause acne
5) Use makeup if you do for acne prone skin only because it is not oily and will not clog your pores which is what caused breakouts.
6) You are obviously prone to oily skin so during the day either wash your face or when you feel it is oily then dab it with a cotton ball to remove the oil

Hope this helps, I know it has helped me and I have very oily skin and I am prone to acne.
