Hi seema,
in first 3 months you don't have to worry about your food since baby needs very little. Many girls feel nausea in first 3 months and in fact drops the weight. Even if you don't feel like drinking milk its ok. Do know push yourself otherwise you will not keep any food that you have eaten before. Try to avoid all those smells that bothers you. Try to take vitamin / iron tablets instead of pushing for food. It is very common to feel nausea and it will go when baby needs more food from you (after 3 months) - sakhi

Hi!
We just found out that I am expecting too. This is our first baby and we both are very excited about it. Do you have any tips for us.. I am working full time, but my job is just computer based so it is not very hard. Can you tell me what kind of precautions I must take, thanks in advance.  Top      Reply

Hello, congrats !!! actually for first 3 months you dont have to really do anything. Just eat your normal meal. avoid lifting any heavy weight. dont eat papaya. In first 3 months some girls feel nausea, vomiting. If you feel so, try to eat small meals 3,4 times. Take as much rest as u can and think positive. Being a mother is really wonderful and I wish you all the best for future. I am expecting on 19 oct. Keep in touch. - Sakhi
