Hi,
Before i used to have a thick and long hair, but suddenly my hair started falling and my hair started to be very thin at the ends like only 30 hairs at the end then i cut my hair because it was looking so awful and now whenever my hair grows again it grows in the same way,thick hair up and thin hair at the ends, i want my hair back pleeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeez
by the way i have anaemia,may it be the problem ?
i hope u understand my problem.

take multi vitamin and biotin 1000mg

donr cut ur hair oftenly
what oil and shampoo u r using ?

Mix 1 tsp each almond oil + castor oil + coconut oil. Massage your scalp withit.
Do this weekly twice.

Cut your hair at the end n let it grow. After this keep on trimming your hair at the end very lil, monthly once.

Do the above 2 things it will help.
