Have to support pillows on ur either sides. fat enough to ensure that when u sleep on ur sides u can put ur leg over them in such a way that no part of leg is hanging out of pillow and u are able to sleep vertical to bed rather than on inclined angles. Hope it helps.

Hi Divz, Congrats for ur pregnency. Regarding ur problem. I have to say Hota hai hota hai. But there is somting which can be done to reduce this. Goes like this.
1. Start sleeping on your sides. Time is here to say total no to lying on back. Reason. Baby weight is increasing when you lie on ur back. Ir puts weight on your Arota and Superior Venacava. two most in artry and veins which carry blood to and fro. can cause trouble.
2. Prefer not to sit for long hrs in sam position keep changing ur position after ever 45-60 mins.
3. When ever u get up from bed or chair ask ur hubby to give u a hand never apply pressure from ur stomach or back. One dosen' t realise but muscle gets stressed.
4. If u have to get up alone. make sure first ur turn on ur side then take support from hands than get up again to avoid stressing tummy area.

Still if problem presists. Ping back.

Take care. have a happy and safe pregnency.

Hi Divya,

I have been feeling the same pain since my 6th month. You can minimise the pain by doing pelvic floor exercise. It wont go completely but you would feel comfort. And also at the time of delivery this exercise helps a lot.

Take care

Hi Divya,

I am in the 28th week of my pregnancy and i also experience the same kind of pain. You can try following.
1.Always keep your knees together.
2.While standing up support your tummy with your hand and slowly rise.
3.While turning in bed keep your knees together and turn.
4.Climb down the stairs with more painful leg.
5.Climb up the stairs with less painful leg.
6.While dressing always sit down and dress.

I am sure if you will try above it will surely minimise your pain.

Love,
Rupali
