curls are beautiful for girls especially. the growth remains the same speed for all babies. its just that appears slow for you since the growth is hidden in curls. dont panick at all

Curly hair is lovely, and I don't think that should be worried about it growing slowly, as they are only 2.
as they get older it will get longer.
Unless, there are split ends which should be trimmed.

yap yap! as meenu says, curly hair appears to be slow growing as each stand twines and curls in its own unique way. for young girls, apply johnson and johnsons baby oil.regulkar application makes their hair soft and manageable.
