Crying & Colic:concern about my newborn

Hi,
my newborn (38 days old) constantly urinates and excretes as frequently as around 30 to 35 times a day.this is my second child.he is also apretrem baby born around 32 weeks gestation.my first one didn't have a problem like this.i am really concerned about this.also he vomits some milk as soon as he gets a feed though i am burping him regularly.please somebody suggest regarding this.

I have a premature baby , he had the same problem,we used to not changed his position after feeding,don't even try to chage his diaper or try to burp him as soon as he finish. just keep him in same position, maybe this will help. doctor here sugested to keep him in upright position in between feedings. like we used to keep him in carseat to sleep so he can digest his milk.

thanks for ur reply.now my baby is 55 days old.can u tell me around which time this problem of frequent stools will get reduced.BTW,how many days old is your baby?has the problem decreased atleast a littlebit.actually i am from madras(chennai).where are u from?

i had heard this anti colic bottles are reduce gas in stomach, and that is good for kid health, my friend found the coiic bottle on beebaby, that is easy to clean and i guess is definitely worth the price.... - ramesh [View Message]
