I found out im pregnant Im hindu gujarati, I am not supposed to wash my hair till the 7th month, can some pls tell me how they clean their hair without washing it, also I have a hair condition where i constantly have lumps or dry skin on my hair which only can go with using shampoo.

Till 7th month how can you be without washing hair?
Wash your hair with very mild shampoo weekly once or at least once in 2weeks.

Its something which im not allowed to do, my mum did the same thing as my aunties and cousin sisters etc... we all have to do it for the 1st pregnancy, not that I like the idea, but many people have this ritual.

I just wanted to know other people deal with it.

I washed it last saturday, I usually wash my hair 3times a week so its kinda hard for me not to wash, but im only 6weeks pregnant so ive gota long way to go.
