I am having Cesarean delivery on 15th of feb 2006.Pls tell me How to recover soon and what diet is good for me..?Is there any desi tips so that i can get well soon.

Hi Uma, The best food after c-sec is take plenty of fruits, vegetables,milk and avoid all type of oily,spicy and junk foods.Desi tip is take ajwain water,saunth(dry ginger) and Gaund(dible gum), as these things will help u to recover from inside and give strength to your body.
