hope u all r well & njoying ur days & nites as well.
I hv recently heard about some preg. aids like preg. pillow & preg. support belt.
Hv anyone used anyone of these? I just wanted 2 know d experience of using these as I' m also planning to hv these.
Cause i hv severe back pain & it increases wen I stand up after lying for a hour or so.
Sometimes its so unbearable dat I can' t stand even & i hv to take support of d wall 2 walk & after walking like this it starts decreasing.
I hv 2 sit for 8-10 hrs. in office for 5 days a week & on weekends I get more exhausted then weekdays.
I travel during weekends & hv 2 do lot of pending work at home, so i' m not able to get full rest.
So, i want dat may b i take rest 4 less time but it shud b proper rest will all my muscles feeling relaxed.
Can anyone suggest from where 2 buy these preg. accesories & if cud also suggets about d price of these.
And if there is any other acces. also then plz. recommend.

me too suffering from back pain.. finding it very difficult to find a suitable position for sleeping.. sounds like this preg pillow is a solution to our problems.. can anybody suggest as to where these kind of pillows are available?

I also have severe back ache and used teh preg pillows.. it gives good support for stomach as well. NOt sure about the belt..

but i like the preg pillow.. and I am getting used to it..
