Padmaja, many girls throw up during 3 hr test as the liquid cause nausea. But take it in positive spirit.
Jyotsna, How was ur ultrasound? did you got to know height and weight of the baby? Do u know girl or boy?

Girls, I need to travel to india in 8th month. Do u girls think its ok? I have asked by Gynic last week, she said as per present condition its fine but anything urgent may comeup. I am just thinking what to do. HK-bombay flight is just 8-9 hrs. What do u all think?

-Sakhi- Jyotsna replied. hi,have postponed my ultrasound till next week.Sakhi,i think travel in the 8th month will entirely depend on your gynaec's advice prior to travel.I did travel for my 1st pregnancy in my 8-1/2 th month after clearance from my doc.It was a 3 hr domestic flight though.Am sure it will be okay aslong as u keep moving around aboard and keep urself rehydrated.

Sakhi, what I heard is if you are comfortable then there is no problem to travel, but some of the international flights don't allow women who are closer to their due dates to travel unless you have a written approval from your OBGYN. May be you would like to check on that before deciding your trip.The key here is your comfort, the closer you are to your due date the harder it gets to relax and sleep I have heard.
I have to add though that I am envious of you thinking of going home, I can't dream of going before the birth as the travel time from here is close to 18-20 hours. Though I am desperately waiting for my mom to come here.
Thanks for your assurance, I hope I will be able to complete my GD testing this Saturday.Because of so much delay I should confess though, that I don't feel so nervous about it anymore, positive thoughts !

Jyotsna, hope those links I posted helped you, as I wrote I could not complete the test as I threw up after taking the glucose syrup. Anyways they asked me to come back on Saturday! Try not to worry about VBAC, I am sure worrying gets us no where (look who is talking !!!!)
