Due Date Club September 2004:Update

Name: chini Hi would be mothers...

Completed 38 weeks. The doc examined me internally. The baby is head down, but way up and not engaged. But as per doc, during the second child the lightening can take place just before labor starts. No dilation either. I hope I complete my term and then give birth naturally.

My mom's here. So she can take care of my elder one, and I can concentrate on the newborn.

I have slight swelling on my right foot. The wrist watch is tight too. I do not feel so hungry now. The movements of the baby though less frequent are more sharp and feels like he will tear the stomach apart and come out. Frequent urination is still there. I guess I am repeating everybody's symtoms.

Lets see whether my baby is born on Janmashtami or Ganesh chaturti?

all seems normal with u , so are u more apprehensive this time or are chilling it thisn time? it must be a relief to know that he labor will be shorter.

I think I am more apprehensive this time because I know what to expect. First time, I was in India, and everything was new, so I took things as they came by. As of now I know the pros and cons. Infact I am quite careful this time and do not take unnecessary risks.

Hows your pregnancy coming along? How far are you? If I am not mistaken you are going to manage everything alone and you are in Bombay. All the best to you.
