Hi there

This is my 2nd pregnancy and i am in my first trimester.. am feeling extremely gassy most of the days..
Am already nt eating cabbage, cauliflower or beans.. inspite of that i feel very gassy.
can anyone suggest any home remedies...
shweta replied. i recently found this home remedy which has helped my tremenduously.
if you are making any dals use 1/2 tsp of methi seeds while boiling. and if u r using like cauliflower, cabbage, broccoli etc. always boil them first in water and then make sabzi. this helped me a lot and hopefully someone else can get relief too. archi replied. Hi push, this is quite natural as your digestive system is been shifted to make some space to the new addition in you. thus it leads to indigestion and thus you have this gassy feeling
