Any body pls help me,
i am loosing confidence as i am loosing my hair.i am 22 yrs of age,male.my hair was so thin that i cant see my face in the mirror these days.i have found hair loss in my engg. 3rd yr and within 3 yrs it was seviour.i have seen many of the answers given by the experts here and posting my message with lots of hope.
i dont keep oil to my hair.is it bcos of not keeping oil.have lots of dandruff.
suggest any natural hair oil and mild shampoo such that i can shampoo regularly.are there any medicines which can help me.now i am in b'lore in which more hair loss would be there.
i have used a medicated shampoo namely scalpe to reduce dandruff and planning to take nizoral tablets.
pls cure my problem and give the period in which i can notice the difference.can i regain my lost hair or atleast stop my hair from falling.
pls reply with best methods.
i am not being able to concentrate on anything else.

pearl replied. Madhushalini is right the most common cause of dandruff these days is stress/tension. And you are a student n would have studies tention.

But there are other different causes of dandruff like poor blood circulation, improper diet, un-cleanliness, use of strong shampoo n insufficient rinsing of hair after shampooing.

HOME REMEDY FOR DANDRUFF: Mix 2tbsp coconut oil + 1tbsp lemon juice or 1tbsp coconut oil + ½ tbsp. Message your scalp with this n shampoo it out after 3 hours or leave it overnight n shampoo next morning.

Few things you should do n take care of:

Immediately after shampooing don’t go out as dust particles will stick. As you don’t use oil, so there is no chance of sticking of dust other way.

While shampooing don’t be in hurry, rinse out shampoo thoroughly. Lil amount of shampoo also shouldn’t be left in hair.

Avoid fatty foods n red meat.

Be as much tension free as you can.

Take diet rich in proteins, vitamins n minerals.

Take a healthy diet.

If you want to oil your hair, daily massage your scalp with almond oil for 10-15 minutes at night n shampoo it out next morning. Doing this daily n that home remedy weekly once, you’ll see the difference in 2 weeks or max. 3.

If you want to take medicines contact a doctor because if some severe side effect acts means he’ll be there to answer.

it is so sad that ur loosing ur hair at this age.But now adays it is becoming common because of stres/tensions.first ofall don be depressed.because,one of my cousins also faced the same problem.now she is taking treatment in homeopathy in DR.batra's clinic.
I THINK ITS BETTER 2 TRY THAT.THERE WILL BE NOSIDE EFFECTS.and also u follw the tips by vijay.
