Milestones:Annaprasana ??

I have a question related to anna prasana. my twins were born at 34 weeks and would soon complete 5 months and we do this ceremony on 6th day of 6th month. But so far my babies have not rolled by themselves and when we put them on tummy and keep things before them they are not grabbing. It happens only once in a while. They try to sit though but not thorough yet. On the other milestones they have been on track and not like premies. We did not put them on tummies much bcos they had reflux problems. Is it normal for babies not to roll or grab around this age? what should we do if they are like this on ceremony day? Thanks

Hi
my baby has completed 4 months. he has turned on to his tummy 3 or 4 times till now. we make him lie on his tummy for sometime and he's comfortably holds his headup. Don't know when he'll start turning over frequently. but as me ped told me that it is normal, I'm not really anxious about it.
just give ur babies sometime... and everything will be fine

hello jayashree
dont get afraid and dont loose hopes, your son is absolutely fine, and give him the proper tuition and avoid more playing periods of his, and you should teach him at home when you will get free time.... - praglabh [View Message]
