Can someone tell me how soon can I wear the abdominal belt after Cesarean Delivery?? I have been given the date for delivery as 10th SEpt. Someone told me that I can start wearing immediately after the stitches are removed. Kindly clarify. Also how to attack the stretch marks.. that have surfaced..!!! have got BHAYANAK stretch marks ... n am scared they will remain for life... so please help.... with some pearls of advice!! Thanx

sutures type

Dear Annu,
YOu can wear the moment your stiches have dissolved.
It depends on type of sutures (stitches) given after surgery.
But usually in about 7-10 days you should be abel to start wearing ithe same.
No strong clue on how to get rid of marks, may be massage with Seasme oil will help, not sure. I have some of them not worried that much.
