hi everyone,
i have heard that one who has body tempearture has heat cannot use turmeric.as this turns the skin dark.i am using honey,turmeric n limen juice for complexion.can i use turmeric..does turmeric turn skin darker.can any one please help me

dont make the mistake of using tumeric at all!!! doesnt matter what its really mixed with! many people say \"; tumeric powder helps the complexion\"; well yes and no, tumeric powder is supposed to give a glow which equals.. a yellowish look= looking tan.. so for us indians...umm thats not going to work. tumeric is used in cooking... and if you notice.. foods with tumeric stain figers... or even if you were to touch tumeric it stains.. so the answer is no... and you should be careful from lemons too... too much of it can irritate your skin, and cause breakouts... it will sting!!

upon your age and the nature of the skin. Using honey , lemon and turmeric is the most absurd combination i have ever heard about since each of the ingredients you mentioned act as a antagonist for each other. Save yourself this absurd home remedies, see a dermatologist, or atleast try to know your skin is not a experimenting ground for half baked veggie medicine ideas.
