Use besan + water instead of soap on face.

Daily apply unboiled milk + turmeric powder on your little ones bodies except on head before bath till they become 3 months old.
This will make skin soft n stop the growth of unwanted hair at small age n after teenage only unwanted hair will grow.

If your little ones have light hair, get the head of your little ones shaved 4-5 times till they become 3 years old. This will make their hair thick n dark.
