Due Date Club February 2006:travel

hi! I am due on 21st Feb. Due to certain circumstances I will have to travel to my native which is around 3 hrs journey by air. My doctor said that it is ok to travel by 16th Jan. Somehow, I am feeling very nervous about it. Can someone please tell whether it is perfectly ok to travel at that time by air? Till now, my pregnancy has been absolutely normal. I have had no problem with haemoglobin/glucose/protein. Please if someone can guide me on this, then please do let me know.

I read somewhere earlier that its fine to travel till about 35th week of pregnancy, some airlines need you to inform them before hand that u r pregnant and also some need a letter from ur doctor saying that its safe for you to travel. And now that ur doctor has given u the green signal, I don't think u need to get alarmed - u might want to walk around a bit in the aircraft instead of sitting for 3 hrs.
Thanks, Shilpi
