Hi Gals,

I have been terribly busy with work this week and did not get achance to reply to any of your messages :( ..

but in a nutshell, i am glad that things are going fine with all of you :) ...

Manu , i am sure u must be excited abt ur trip to India ... good luck and keep us posted as much as u can ...

All the gals on KC , i am south indian , so we do not ahve it ...but just try not to starve yourself too much , as many of u said , fruits and milk sounds good ..!!

Leo , dont get depressed bcoz ur sugar is high , i also have the same problem and as u said , just take it in its stride ...

blessed_mom, i do nto have vaginal /pelvic burning but as otehrs said, i do feel pelvic pressure sometimes and the baby just kicks too low sometimes :)

soni, even poeple keep asking me what i feel like eating and i really have no inclinations like that as such ..but i guessas long as baby's growth is good , ur husband does not need to worry much ?? :) :)

poochy, i am planing to take childbirth classes next week but i am really not sure whether i will ahve a birth plan, i am not sure if that is good or bad , but i am just going to kegel exercises and try to avoid C-section as much as possible, i am not aversely against epidural , i am keeping an open mind bcoz i am not really sure how much of pain will it be and the entire process .... though planning tot alk with my doc abt it in my next vivist ...

Ritu , good to hear your doc visit went well and even i ahd lost 1/2 a pund in my alst visit and my nurse was all bonkers that i better not be dieting :) :) ... so what kind of diet do u follow(what do u eat on a typical day), it will be helpful for the rest of us with high sugar ....

well , if someone gets to this point at all in this long message of mine :) .... my update - i am doing good , have my 32nd week visit this monday ... planning to continue to come to work till 36 weeks , so gotta see how that goes, i am palnning to work from home for 2 weeks afer that ... and eagerly looking forward for my mom to coem here ...!!!

So it was work keeping you away from us :-).It was so nice to hear that you and the baby are doing good .Are you seeing doc. biweekly now .Did you start your 33rd week ? girl your time is flying .When is mom coming ? I am sure you must be very eagerly waiting for her to come ,to help you ,cook her special meal \" YUM\" ,etc.

Good to read ur msg after a long time and thus get to know abt ur update :))well gudluck for ur appointment,i have my appointment today, wud update soon, I am also continuing to work till the end of this month,given my resignation as not plaiing to work after as no one is thr to tk cr of my baby except my hubby, so m gonna b a full time mom :))

yes i m very eagerly waiting for being in india.. i m lfying on 14th...so till 13 i ll be with u all.. then in india not sure but i ll defentily try to b in touch as much as possible.. coz i ll miss u all.. there...

Hi P,
I was thinking abt u today as i didn't see any message from you.Its very good that u r doing good so ur baby.Reagarding u/s my dr. didn't say any thing now may be he will say after 32 or 34 weeks.right now i am 30wks pg.
I am following low carb,high protein diet.
In breakfast i have 1 cup of milk(skim milk) and 1 slice of bread with peanut butter and sugarfree jam.
morning snaks i fruit(any),buttermilk/yogurt
Lunch 1 chapati/roti with dal,vegetable,green salad and one egg.
evening snak one fruit(any fruit) and 1cup of milk with 2 marie biscuit.
Dinner i chapati with dal,veg./chicken,green salad.
Snaks 1 dannon yogurt or fruit and nutts.
By this plan i am having all the things and sugar level is normal.try to include nutts in ur daily meal.If u are non-veg than it is easy to control coz try to eat more chicken n egg(high protein)insteed of carbohydrates.
hope this will work.
