Hello Nitasha,
How r u doing? Welcome to our board.
I am in my 25-26th week.I was also predicted with incompetent cervix (with 2.9cm cervical length)and had stitching done around 15th week.In my 20th week usg, doc said everything is fine and iam continuing with my regular routine along with minimum 10hr rest. I don' t take progesterone shots but i have to take vaginal pressarios twice a week.
I have a friend who also had similar experience like u and she was also asked to have a complete bed rest. She was asked to remain in head low position for sometime, not to lift over 1kg wt,not to give force while passing motion, not to climb stairs, put pillow under hips and always put a support in ur lower part while sitting.
I am sure ur doc also have suggested these things.Just follow it and be happy and cheerfull all the time.
Take care,
love,
mou.
