i recently read that drinking a mixture of milk,blacksalt,egg and cumin promotes bust growth..has anyone tried it?is it true?i have heard massaging helps..but dunno what kinda massage...like circular starting from centre to periphery or somethinelse??how much time does it take to show results?wat are the other home methods?

It's the only answer, apart from getting married. Your bust is basically fatty tissue, no fat, no bust.
Gaint weight, and gain a good bust. Ever seen any fat women with a small bust? Ever seen thin stick lil women with big bust? YES, thats cause they got implants.
No cream, or diet or creams or special massages, or acupunture is going to increase your bust, untill you gain weight.

You will always gain weight there, after some time you will gain weight around your bust.
I guess you will have to do some toning excercises to tone your stomach while you are gaining weight.
There is no medically proven excercises or creams or massages or oils or anything for that matter that will help you gain a bust size, only weight can, because basically your bust is fatty tissue, no fat, no extra tissue, no increase in bust size.
I guess we have to pay a price for everything good, and for a good bust, you will have to deal with other weight gaining problems.
Alot of girls here have the same problem, and the only solution we can offer is to gain weight.

thanx for ur mesg but whenever i gain weight..i feel all my fat get deposted in the tummy.i do exercise regularly..it helps only to a lil extent.and i have an ideal weightso i dont wanna increase my weight thats the probs..
