dear pearl u r very gud at hair care ..can u plz tell me that my sis has very thin & short hairs ..i adviced her to use these 3 oils mixture but......she want to soon very soon any gud suggestionssssss

How old is your sis?

Use those three oils weekly twice only n wash it off after 3 hours. Daily you or your mother message her scalp gently with almond oil for 10-15 minutes because almond oil is very good for massaging. If she herself will massage her scalp effect will be less.

Tell her to have patience. It will take time to her thin n short hair to become thick n long hair.

If she has so much hurry tell her to get steps cut done only if it matches her face. This will make her hair look thick. After her hair becomes little long, get her hair trimmed in u shape. Then, get her hair trimmed monthly once or twice that too very less at the end only so that she doesn’t develop any split end problems.

Diet and lifestyle are two major factors that influence the health of the hair. But sometimes hair do not grow further if they are not trimmed at the end regularly. So, tell her to take good diet, keep mind tension free and get her her hair trimmed regularly monthly once.

Tell her to Increase green leafy vegetables, salads, milk, fruits and sprouts in the diet. Take more proteins, milk, buttermilk, yeast, soya beans, whole grains and nuts. Tell her to take one egg daily.
