Hi hopingfortejas,

I too have been suffering from a little lower back ache... they say its a normal symptom. I use ice pack for a little while. And other than that i'm doing nothing... my dr told me to take tylenol...

I spoke to my nurse and she recommended that if it doesn't go away, i could try a chiropractor, but need to confirm with my ob...

and u might wanna take frequent breaks .. dont sit for long time... u need to get up and walk around...

as we grow bigger beacuase of all the weight we will have back aches... part of the package!!

hope this helps
take care,

let me know what did u do to help...

poochy
