Well I have a 4 year old daughter and am expecting a son. My first pregnancy was a great one. I delivered normally and that too a short labor. My daughter was average weight.

This time, I have put on the average weight, but my belly seems quite small, but doc is fine with it. The baby's head has not yet engaged. Infact the baby is not yet head down. What about you girls? I am waiting for my U/S on 26th, when I complete 37 weeks. I hope I do not have to go for a c-section.

As regards to shopping, I have collected and bought the basic required stuff here. Rest my mother will bring from India.

My main concern is not looking after the new born, but looking after my first born. That is the reason I wanted my mom to assist me. My daughter is a handfull too and quite active and hyper.

How much weight have you gained and what is the fundal height? Are your bellies big?

A very good idea which my nurse at the hospital gave.... She asked us to get a gift for the first born and give it to them when they come to the hospital to see the sibling and tell them that it is from the younger one especially for them. This helps in developing a bond and can avoid future jealousies.

I have sone and 2nd one is girl.My son is 3 yrs old smae it hard to handle him. Does your girl goes to shcolld daycare or does she stay home. Please give me advice what are u dowing with her to write or color b/c my son does like coloring the books. But he know all the a-z and 1-20 number and all different kind of shapes. but need help!
