Use Tretinoin cream, although that might dry up the skin and even result in cracking, or use any cream that has Hydroquinine, an active pigmentation remover. It might take a couple of months to get rid of it, and keep your skin moist, the more dry it is, the darker the pimple scars get.

pimples and scars. Hydroquinine(brite cream) is for scars only, Tretinoin or Retino-a is for both scars and pimples.
If you do experience any reddening or any scaling, simply apply a moisturiser (emolene or efaderm)and discontinue using the above mentioned creams. Remember to always keep your skin moist, and not oily. The drier you keep it, the worse the scars will be.

well abt the cream you told me to use that is tretinoin is it for scars or pimples?.. cos i dont have any pimples left..its only scars!.And m scared to use any hard products ..God forbbid but what if it gets worse?.. Need your advice!

I have given you professional dermatologist advice, thats why i didnt refer to local market products, only pharmaceutical ones.
Lacto will make your skin more dry, trust me, i have used it. Dont use scrubs, it causes more harm than ever, might be the reason for your pimples.
Just follow the above advice i gave you and everything will be fine. Initially your skin will turn red a bit, but if it gets too flushed , discontinue the use.
Since its winter, try using good moisturisers, like emolene, if your skin is way too dry, use efaderm, but its a damn oily cream. But will it get rid of any darkened - red patches on the skin that is caused due to excessive winter dryness.
Let me know how it goes, also use a nice and mild face wash, apart from that good ones available at the pharmacy, try the Garnier deep pore (blue) face wash.
I have been through the pimples problems since 10 years now, and visited around 5 dermataologist, including staing and learning with one for 2-3 years, so i guess i know alot about it even before i become a professional.

Well m tryin my best not 2 mess around with my skin!.. And all u ppl out their who have pimples on their face..!For god sake dont u dare touch them..
I heard Lacto-calamine lotion is really good for scarring.. so at the moment m using that and Ever Yuth (clear skin creme)..well do u think this is gonna help?.. And wht about using Almond facial scrub?..I use that as well..u know 2 remove the dead skin.. well let me know more about it ..
