hi vijay:need ur help.
I have recently shifted to USA, 6 mnths back.2 mnths before my hairs have started falling after using an antidandruff shampoo,which i stopped imediately.But even after that my hairs r falling badly.I have started using almond oil, and apply egg+henna+curd+neempowder once a week, but nothing is working.plz.. guide me regarding this.i'll br grateful

Remedies for Hair loss:

Massage the scalp gently with almond oil daily for 10 to 15 minutes.

Boil neem leaves in water. Cool, strain and rinse hair with it.

Increase green leafy vegetables, salads, milk, fruits and sprouts in the diet. Take more proteins, milk, buttermilk, yeast, soya beans, whole grains and nuts.
If you are non-vegetarian, then eat one egg daily.

Tips to get rid of dandruff:

The best thing to do is to keep the scalp clean, and do oil massage twice in a week.

Heat coconut oil and massage your scalp with it. Now cut a lemon in half and rub it on the scalp and give steam. Shampoo it out after 2 hours with warm water. Do this twice in a week. But give steam once in a week. In first week only you’ll see the difference.
OR
Add 1 teaspoon of camphor to half a cup of coconut or neem oil. Store it in glass container. Massage this oil into the scalp before bed. Next day shampoo it out with with warm water.

plz continue almond oil and take white vinegar 50ml add with litte water.apply in ur scalp with massage.leave 30min after u wash it


take biotin 1000mg daily its vitamin tablet dont worry ok
DANDRUFF:-

If you are having a problem of dandruff that's all over your shoulders, do not despair. Don't rush to consult a dermatologist. Try out these home remedies to bring the problem under control.



Add a spoon of salt to a cup of curd. Rub this mixture well into the scalp and wash with plain water. Repeated use will cure dandruff.


Mix the juice of one lemon in some coconut oil and mage well at the roots. Leave overnight. Wash as usual in the morning. This will also help improve the condition.


Instead of curd and salt, mix lemon juice in water and wash hair with this mixture. It'll soften the hair and cure the dandruff.


If you lack the patience to squeeze the juice of the lemon, then cut a lemon in half and rub it directly on the scalp. Let the juice dry and then wash off with a mild shampoo
