Mix coconut oil, almond oil and castor oil in equal quantities and apply it to your hair weekly twice and shampoo it out after 3 hours. This will prevent falling of hair and improve thickness of hair.

Now I am writing recipe of a conditioner which you can make at home. Apply it weekly once. It will make your hair soft and silky.

4 tbsp henna powder + 2 egg whites + 2 tsp coffee powder. Mix this (with water if needed). Apply this and wash it off after 3 hours.

Even though you are vegetarian I have written this because egg white doesn’t give any smell. But if still you have problem then here is another recipe, but egg one is better.
Beat one tbsp of castor oil, one tbsp of glycerine, one tbsp of cider vinegar and a tsp of mild herbal shampoo. Apply it on scalp and leave it on for 20 minutes. Rinse with clear water. Do this once in a week.

Take protein rich diet like 1or2 cups of sprouted grains or 2 cups of dal daily.

Garnier fructis shampoo is good. But if your problem has started or increased after using it, then stop it and use Pantene Pro-V. Use bajaj almond oil instead of jasmine oil.

Do you have any dandruff? where did you perm your hair and which company's product did you use?
