So it is better you need to convince your mother by explaining the problem.So that she will under stand that what the problem exactly. So that your problem will be solved when she agrees with your decision. maya replied. first of all ask her for her choices. but i will suggest a U cut to even all the uneven hair. so you can chop all hair from down to make it even in length. so you can keep her hair's length. if she wants to look younger she can take up layer cut or step cut which give her hair some volume too. so she can put it in to braids too with the same length of the her or she can get feather cut which also give her younger look.
