from last 3 weeks i' m suffering from Cold allergy (sard garm).
Daily i take steam.
but no use.
i' m working women.
Please Help. what should i do

Well theresz one home remedy I can give u for cold..

ie Night time,before going 2 bed make this n drink..ie-To 1 cup milk add lil turmeric(do not add more as it causes heat)n let the milk boil..(If u want u can add lil sugar candy),now let the milk boil,n reduce to lil less than half.Than u drink it.After drinking the milk,just cover urself n sleep.Hope by morning ur cold goes off.,.n yes,sumtimes drinking nimbu pani(squeeze one lemon add lil salt n pepper,n lil water..Then drink it..This will also reduce cold...
