Hi, I am due in Apr. 2002

Hi everybody,
I am due on 7 th Apr.2002. This is my 10 th week of pregnancy. Yesterday I had my u/s and Dr. told me I am 9 weeks pregnant. Earlier he gave me due date in March. Since it is my 10 th week he told me to come back in my 12 th week again and have u/s. I don't have any vomitting and nausia but sometimes I have terrible vomitting sensation. This is my second pregnancy. I have 5and half year old gorgeous daughter. Hopefully everything will go well. Wish you all the best from me and let us share our thoughts throughout our pregnancy.

Since i have written earlier I have to go for one more blood test and ultrasound and haven't completed my first trimester yet so I have decided to tell her after my ultrasound will go well. I am still worried about it. at present how do you feel? Did you tell your son about it. Do you have any nosia or vomitting. Do write to me.

hi insia.poornima and everybody else,
gosh i cant wait for my three mnths to be over so that ican be normal.few days back even i had spotting so the doc has put me on bed rest .he did an ultra sound and i had a look at my baby.my husband is so excited since then.
i have t o go to the doc again on 5th sept.

Thanx for replying.Though my vomiting has reduced to only mornings but i still have nauseau.
Glad to hear that you are from b'lore. I too was in US(phoenix)for 6 months in '99,as my hubby was sent there for his job assignment.Actually,I have'nt seen boston but I have visited cali, ohio & kentucky during my 6 month stint in US.
Yes,I am very excited as it was after 1 & 1/2yrs of trying and going thru all sorts of tests finally I concieved that to naturally!!!so all this vomiting I consider it as nothing compared to the blessing which I have been bestowed by the god.Keep chatting!!!

Hi all

Hi everybody,I am also due sometime around 8th april 2002.I live in b'lore,India. This is my first pregnancy.I too am experiencing lots of nauseau & vomiting.Whatever I eat I throw up & the doc has advised me to take anti vomting drug just before my meals. But I have some inhibitions regarding this as I have heard that it might affect the baby.so i am avoiding it at the most. This throwing up is making me feel sick and am looking forward for its end!!!

doctors appointment

Insia,thanx for replying...
My first child (boy) is almost 5 yrs old,so its not too bad since he is at an age where he can understand a bit at least!thank god!So far I havent had any morning sickness or any problems ..touch wood...and my doctors appt in on 6th SEp..Im waiting to hear the babys heartbeat...when is your next appt?..and how are u feeling after your bed rest?.

Thanx for replying.My bedrest is still on, I'm in my 9th week now, hopefully I have only about 3-4 weeks more of it!

Like you, I too am expecting our second baby.How are u managing taking care of your first child? I had a few episodes of spotting (like my last preg) and I'm on total bedrest, so we had to hire a full time maid, otherwise I could have never managed!

i am also in the same boat.i live in bangkok with my husband.this is my first baby so i have lot of fears.iam throwing up almost the whole time and have no energy.
i just cant look at non veg. food though i used to be a good nonveg. eater earlier.please tell me if u r also goingthru the same

Great to hear from u. Yes I too have developed aversions to a lot of foods I used to love, even the smell makes me nauseous.Actually sometimes even the thought of certain foods makes me ill.But thank God I'm not actually throwing up, but the feeling is there all day long.Dont worry, it will all pass in a month or so, inshaAllah!!

i keep experiencing a lot of fears and anxieties!
but i forget all my pain when i feel the baby inside.

Hello Mohini thanx for replying.Great to know your pregnancy is doing well.
Like me, your 8th week must be going on.
I had a bit of spotting a few days ago so the doc has put me on strict bedrest.
Its quite a struggle esp bcoz I have a boistrous 2yr old to take care of, so we have hired a full time maid.
