i would like to share some tips for losing post delivery weight. During pregnancy, I had put on about 20 kgs more weight. So after delivery I was on the heavier side. I started on my weight loss program soon after delivery, but in a healthy manner. I avoided junk and had only healthy, oil less foods.
Quick weight loss is never an option for post delivery weight loss. Weight loss should be gradual and healthy. When I had delivered my baby, I started walking slowly the second day itself. I had a diet of fruits and vegetable with occasional junk foods. I did kegel's exercises and they were a miracle.
