    There are many Indian snacks that are healthy. Poha is a very healthy and nutritious option for kids. If vegetables are added, then it becomes healthier. So is the case with vegetable upma. It is full of nutrients and complete food. Bhel is a good snack option as it is low in fats and is tasty too. Sandwiches can be a healthy snack option too.

    Vegetable upma and idli sambhar are healthiest snack options for kids. They are nutrient rich and also have less oil. Upma has lots of vegetables so is very healthy. Similarly Sambhar has vegetables and is very healthy. Idli is steamed rice and dal dumpling and is healthy. Even pav bhaji is very healthy as bhaji is made of vegetables and for pav, the healthier option can be whole wheat pav.
