Hi, it is a very crucial topic as children and green vegetables go in the opposite direction. It is the most difficult thing to feed a child with green vegetables. Children always become fussy when it comes to eating green vegetables and do not want to eat it. Just take some deep breaths and stop thinking so much as there are ways you can make the green vegetables interesting to eat for your children. You can add those green vegetables in the food that your child likes. Children love eating pasta, pizza, noodles and all those things, you can cook green vegetables and add it in it.

Hello, I understand how fussy and moody children become when they have to eat the green vegetables which they absolutely hate. Try to be smarter rather than forcefully feeding your children. Play smart and add all those green vegetables in their favourite food in a way that they won’t understand. You can also ask the children to eat the vegetables along with a dip as the children love dips like cheese and mayonnaise. Add broccoli or spinach in pasta or noodles and make it tastier so that they do not crib about it. Usually when children have their favourite food served they tend to eat it without any fuss.

I have seen many parents trying several ways to feed their kids but also give up when their children become stubborn and not willing to eat it. I recommend all the parents to keep trying and be consistent in what they do. Children will always say no to eat green vegetables but you can always convince them to have one bite and taste it, but make sure that it tastes good so they like it and eat it. They might say no to food 10 times but later on will start accepting it and start eating it.

Hi, you can try different vegetables every day and there might be some vegetables which they might like either their taste, appearance or anything. You can serve them raw, grilled, baked, stir-fried, boiled, in salad, or in juice. Try to include one of these at every meal to your kids till they start loving it. Try to make your food fun so that the kids also enjoy it. You can cut the vegetables in different shapes and sizes and arrange them in different patterns so that it looks appealing to the children. You can also make some of the emoji’s so that the children love it.

Hello, you can do some interesting activities while involving your kids. You can ask them to participate when you are cooking so that they have some fun. Kids find it more interesting when they are involved in cooking. Take your kids to the shopping mall and ask them to choose the green vegetables themselves. It is important for making them see foods in the raw state so they can explore more and ask questions, and you have the time to answer them. They choose one or two greens and later when you make a lunch or dinner of that, your kids would show more interest in eating them. You can also involve them while you are cooking and that can be more exciting for your kids.

Hi, there are some children who are readily eating green vegetables but there are some who do not even look at it. Make your children understand the importance of eating green vegetables and the reason why they should eat it. Tell them why it is necessary to eat them and how it helps their body to grow and develop and also let them know the consequences by telling them examples which you might know. If your children make it an effort to eat those green vegetables which they hate, then make sure that you reward them with their favourite dish or anything they like.

Hello, when children start eating all the green vegetables even after rejecting it a several times, you should appreciate the child and encourage him more to eat it. Always talk positive to him and always try to tell him the benefits he is going to get when he eats it regularly. This way the child will feel motivated and also enjoy his meal. You can have all the family members eating together so that the children will see and eat more. Rewarding the child when he listens to you is a must. This will make the child happy and motivate him to eat more.

Hi, we are the role models of our children and kids tend to do or eat what they see their parents doing or eating. If you give off the green vegetables to your kids and yourself sit with a plate of French fries, then your kids will never learn to eat the veggies. You should be eating the same food you are offering to your kids, because if they notice you eating the green vegetables with satisfaction in front of them, they will try to follow the same. Your persistence will pay off soon. I am pretty sure they will start eating the vegetables without complaining.
