Q: My husbands testes are inside his body, but we have a good sex life. However, is this a cause for infertility? Should we go in for a sperm test? What precautions must one take during oral sex?

A: If both the testes are inside the body, this condition is called undescended testes. Usually, the sperm count will be zero and the man will be infertile.
