Hi All..I am in my 17th week . I want to know what is the right time to start with prenatal classes.Any good centre in Pune ?

I think between the 17th to 20th week is the perfect time to enroll in a prenatal class, since it will give you enough time to practice and perfect breathing techniques and lamaze. I went during my 30th week, and I didn' t get much time to practice my breathing.

\" Positively Pregnant\" classes conducted at jehangir Hospital is EXCELLENT. It was really very informative and useful. It runs every saturday for about a month or two. And it costs Rs. 2500. You can go with your mother, mother-in-law or your husband.

You can attend anytime during your pregnancy, but it is preferable to attend sometime towards the end of the first half (i.e. around 20 weeks or before).

I think you must choose a provider which is showing you that they are into therapy ie Banking and therapy. I find ISSL as the only one.
