I am 5 months pregnant and am keen to bank my baby' s stem cells. I asked my gynaec for her opinion. She told me its a great step I would be taking. When I asked her for which stem cells banks are the best, she recommended LifeCell International. I trust my gynaec and so am planning to go ahead with LifeCell. Does anyone have more information about them? I have heard they are India' s first stem cell bank.

For a good company you shuld check some very IMP points.Like..

1) will a company survive for 21 years or more than that.For this you need to check promoters business and background.Here if company has atleast one promoter then its very well considerable because in todays position no one has full faith in OUT SIDE companys as the companies are closing down abroad.Because stemcell banking is a LIFETIME procedure.

2)If a company has lab. near by your place then its easy to retriew a sample in future.

3)For howmany years is company working in india and howmany samples it stored ? its a point to identify companies growth condition.

4) Do they storing stemcell or do they have another facilities for future benefits.This is also very important to identify companys scientific credibilty.

5)Does its technologie certified by any international organisation which is auditing them ?Because some time international companies are compromising with quality when they sell a product in india.
As an example we got lots of new about international coldrinks companies in india.

6)Some companys are claiming lots at the time of demo. but these are not giving in black n white in an agreement.Likke.....
Does company taking any liability after sample preservation,if sample destroy in fiture due to any reasons?

Does company take any guarantee of timing period at the time of sample retriewal ?

If they provide additional service for CORD LINE storage then is there any close for this in agreement and are they giving Lab. report of this CORD LINE storage too.



Does company ready to give agreement on stemp paper?

Which type of lab. report company giving after sample storage ?Because some company is not doing certain tests and saving money for that,which they are offering to us.But for future protection this is must.
