Children should eat healthy. Parents should insist their kids on having proper diet than junk food. Children who participate in outdoor activities and games are healthier than kids who lead sedentary lifestyle. Kids nowadays spend more time watching television than playing cricket which is very sad. Children should have green vegetables, fresh fruits and salads in their diet instead of Mac burger. Restrict the time spent in front of television and video games. Children should participate in sports and physical activity. What about an idea of buying a nice bicycle for your kid. Hopefully that will encourage him to indulge him some sort of physical activity.
