Subject:  Follow right diet to maintain weight
Diet should given a greater importance for maintaining weight. It as difficult to lose weight but at the same time it does not take time to put on weight. Diet issues should be handled properly to maintain weight. Too much of low calorie diet can also prove harmful. Thinking that low calorie diet has lower calories people have more of it but it is not correct. If you want to maintain the weight loss it is important to stay away even for the low calorie products as it caries calories too but in smaller quantity. However balanced diet is important for maintaining weight.

Subject:  exercise and yoga are helpful
Exercise and yoga is important for maintaining weight. I do yoga which is beneficial for maintaining a healthy weight and body. Half hour of yoga is enough for maintaining a flexible body. I do yoga everyday in the evening. I feel very fresh and energetic after performing yoga. Once you start performing yoga you should continue it always as it will be difficult to maintain weight if you stop in between. But it is really important to stick to yoga or exercise to maintain a healthy weight. It is easy to be on a safer side from the beginning itself. Obesity is very dangerous as it causes various heart diseases so it is important to maintain healthy weight.

Subject:  Maintaining weight is difficult
It is very difficult to maintain weight as compared to losing it. After losing weight it some people eat food that they should avoid to eat thinking that they have lost good amount of weight. This makes weight gain very easy and there is no use of losing weight. There should be a proper control on diet after weight loss. Those who have not lost the weight also should take care of their diet so that they do not put on weight in future. Maintaining a healthy weight is very important as we do not have to face any problem during old age.
