Hi MTB' s,

Many friends are suggesting me to take castor oil / Red Rasp berry tea starting from 37th week. One of my friend told me that she had Red Rasp berry tea during her pregnancy from 27th week. she says it will strengthen the uterus muscles and help in fast delivery when in labour.

Some people are suggesting me to take castor oil.
What do you guys think? Any one using these/ Plan to use? Any side effects?

Please share your thoughts.........

hi aaradhana,

I am not aware of these things and i have not taken castor oil last time.....all i am doing is taking saffron with milk as i was told that it will ease the muscles and the labour will be short...... other than that, i will be applying castor oil on my tummy for itching (now) and the same mixed with turmeric for post partum to reduce stretch marks.
