I am looking for feedback on Lilavati Hospital, Bandra. Anybody registered there for delivery? I am told that they have a track record for conducting mostly C sections. So I am a bit apprehensive and would welcome some positive feedback.

Wel i donno much abt da hospital really i knw its expensive but wat really matters is da aftercare...

I m consulting Dr. Amrish Warty he has a hospital near shoppers stop Bandra.
Its a small nursing home called Mandar but i knw quite a few ppl my cousins my fren who delivered der... n it seems they tk really gud care of u n da baby....

so it sounds gud n even nw wen i go for my routine chkups the nurses seem quite nice... :)

hey Saba,

The site does not allow me to post a msg containing a phone number. I tried several times to include Sonali´ s number in a msg to u but I guess it is the website´ s policy or something to not allow this. Though i m trying my luck again 9 8 2 1 2 9 0 0 9 0. Hope this works.

Hi Shabana,

Well i dont really have a personal experience in this hospital but one of my friend delivered here.

Her experience was not very gud. According to her once you are thru delivering you baby attendants there do not care much. There is not much aftercare which is really required for a new mother....

Thanks for the reply. Dunno what to do coz my doc delivers only at Lilavati and a smaller hospital called Sujay at Juhu (

I have also not heard of very good things abt Lilavati. And to top it all, it is very expensive (

Besides, I hated the rooms when I went for a recce recently. They are so cramped and small (

If u dont mind me asking, which hospital are u registered at?
