Hi everybody.

I am Anamika and new to this board. I am due on 25th Dec. I am planning to join yoga classes. I am not sure when is the right time to start and where to go to.

Is anyone attending any kind of classes? Please share your experience.

1st of all Congratulations to u n ur hubby,, n btw where do u resides i mean i knw of lamaze classes in mumbai where i go,, u can join lamaze classes ne time in ur pregnancy as for yoga is concerened doc says to start it after 3 months

first of all hai to all,
i very new to this site...(sry for the late reply)....although im not mom ,my mom use to fed us very frequently....
raggi should be fried on a pan with light
flame...it should not be roasted like...
(be carefull it splits when frying)then grind it,remove all skin etc...
