Am from the oct board.Hope u all are fine. Have been reading the queries. Wanted to know wht shud i do to avoid gas problem. , i mean wht sort of food shud i take to avoid it.

I was told tur dal produces lot of gas. what is the remedy for it.

am in 36th week..even i have acidity problems which keep me awake during the nights..i complained this to my doctor and she has prescribed ' digene' syrup to avoid getting up in the nights..but it helps very little..but am trying to avoid spicy foods and eating at smaller intervals - hope that should help..

whatever u r eating eat in a small amt,in a small intervals,i have gas problem n this procedures helped me a lot,try to avoid fried foods or fatty foods(if wanna have it have it but don' t take it at night)
try to walk as it helps u to reduce ur gas problem....
whenever u r preparing toor dal just add some hing to it...
