hi all
acording to our ancestors,we shud keep one coconut wid us during the eclipse timings that is 4-6 p.m in eveng.
they say that it saves us frm all -ive energy during that time.so wherever you remain u must do this.but u do not have to xpose urself to the daylight that time.
i hope you all re gettin me wat i mean to say
all the best n take gd cre of u n ur baby

16aug lunar i doubt its there in mumbai...

just check the NASA website. they have the eclipse path for solar eclipse - Aug1st and Lunar eclipse -Aug 16th

thanx for informing.plz confirm the timings in india of the eclipse.
i read in some site that it will start at 13:34 hours IST and end at 18:50 hours IST and in another site it is written that it will end at 16:05hors.
we should not eat ,drink walk cut anything with knife or cut nails.we should also lie down straight during the eclipse but the question is that how can we deprive our little one of food for such a long time?
plz do inform what u all r doing?

i just logged in to start this thread....i heard its full solar eclipse and we should not eat/drink/cut nails/ etc until it is over. Also, should not expose ourself to the sun during the eclipse.....will enquire more and inform you soon.
