Due Date Club June 2008:Stomach ache periodically today

For the last few hours i am having upper stomach ache periodically lasting for a few seconds. motion is more frequent too. any suggestions on why this happens? has anybody faced similar problem? i am 23 weeks pregnant.

It' s probably a perfectly natural occurence called \" Braxton Hicks\" .

Quoting from WikiPedia

\" Braxton Hicks are sporadic uterine contractions that actually start at about 6 weeks, although one will not feel them that early. Most women start feeling them during the second or third trimester of pregnancy.\"

Think of it like a practise session that your body goes through in preparation of the labour.

Still, would be best if you checked with your doctor.

stomach ache and frequent motions...... is usually due to indigestion problem......but still confirm it from ur doc and relax
