hi dere..
m sufferin from severe sleepin problem..
i' v tried putin cushions betw legs.. beneath...
at back..
bt nuthin works...
my hips, back, n legs ache alot..
d whole nite i keep changin positions. get up also.

pls suggest me smthin. its bin 2-3 weeks m not getin sleep.. n coz of dis m not able 2 take
a proper diet... i dint gain a pound dis month..
m worrid..

can i sleep strait. on my back ??
n pls temme if alot of sittin is d reason 4 all dis.. ??

Hi.....

I am having this problem from the first!!!!! dont worry, we are all here with you.... Try drinking warm milk before going to bed. stop drinking fluids after 6 pm. that way you wont get up inbetween in the night for restroom trips. Like rishita said, try going for a walk before sleep, so you might get tired....

hi ,
i have also same prb .even i feel severe pain in my back when i change one side to other whenever i lay down on bed. its my 32 week.almost 2 months are remaining.Due to these prb naturally our diet suffers most.what I m doing is taking only variety of food, fruits in less quantity.this time walking is very uncomfortable but it has to be so i m taking my dinner also in 2 parts.once at 7.00 pm then second before 9.00pm. then u can also go 4 walk. Generally when we tired ,its easy to go for sleep. I know its quite tough to walk with all these prb but it will take 3-4 days to come in routine.

Hi,

As we r in third trimester, so i guess many of us r facing these problems.
Unfortunately we hv to bear with this all 3 months.
I also hv all of these pain, and can' t get ease from it in any way. Even i hv pelvic pain also.

U may try massageing on back by move/balm, i use to do it so that i am able to sleep atleast for 2-3 hr after this. Also you may try taking bath, it will also relax the muscles.

Hope these 2 tips will help u..
