Hi MTBs,

I am suppose to travel in 1st week of 9th month and the journey is about 24hrs in train. could you please suggest me, is this safe.

What kind of precautions i need to take?. i have a doc's appt next week. I am planning to discuss, but I wanted your advise on the questions i need to concentrate.

Hi,

i think it shouldnt be a problem. Drink lots of water. Take your medical file with you. dont buy outside food and eat. take water/food from your place and if needed, buy branded bottled water from outside. keep your legs in the seat. If possible try to know whether any doctors are travelling in the train - just in case.

Hi there...hope you are doing well. Dont worry. An easier way would be to go walking when the baby sleeps. You must have started semi -solid once a day. After that you can go walking. I dont know what kind of support system you have at home but some mothers take their babies with them(in pram) if they are going early morning.
