Hi Everyone,
I am in my 30th week n the baby movements have reduced a lot ....i uesd to see the movements but now very rarely do i feel the movements and that too i feel them in my lower part....i am just worried if everything is ok or should i see the doc......Do anyone else feel the same???
My tummy doesnot show much and i have severe back pain. Can anyone suggest some remedies?

HI suma,

HOw are you? havent seen you for long? i have posted an info under the subject \" tracking baby movements\" check that....

just see whether you can feel the movements throughout the day- esp after eating.... if you have doubt, just go to the assessment room in your hospital and have your baby checked with monitor (i did this 3 weeks b4) I guess you know that we dont need to wait in the emergency after 20 weeks here in canada. hope you have your hospital card with you.

Regarding back pain,you get materinty support belts...try to wear that. keep a pillow inbetween your legs, or ask your hubby to support your back when you turn sides.....

Hi Jichi,
Thanks a lot have seen that subject but it was strange out here as i can feel the bubbles sort of thing as it used to be in the initial stages but the movements which were visible stopped for the last 3 days .....thought of seeing the doctor today but the movements started suddenly and i am fine now and i think i got the reason why it happened...
And regarding the back pain yaa doing the same but nothing is getting helpfull but trying to bear it as its just 2 more months :-)
