Bananas and Guavas are the 2 safe fruits during pregnancy..In fact my gynac suggested having bananas...also u can look at watermelons(In season)..They're full of water, least in calories and pretty filling.
I am in my 31st week of pregnancy and love having these fruits

Subject:  YESS!!!
YESS !! In fact those are the only fruits which I have taken all thru my pregnancy.. (me in 32 week now).
reason being I had very severe stomach ache initally followed by vomiting and on one fine day in my 14th week, I got operated for Appendicitis..
However the problems dint end there and the pain still is there, which I eat anything gheavy or which my stomach cannot bear. i vomit within 10 seconds while eating itself,
So after a lots of experimenting me and my m-i-l have zeroed upon only 2 fruits- banana and guava and we got green signal for the docs also for these !!
So far no issues of having them..

so u can go ahead if ut suits you..
All the best !!
Shalini
