Hi All,

I am planning to bank the stem cells of my child. I have almost the same quote from Relicord (reliance) and cryobanks. I have figured out that both the companies have the same facilities and both are equally good.

Have any of the members had experience with these guys and can suggest which of them is better.

According to my experience with Relicord, I will never recommend any one to go with Relicord. It' s being 1.5 years now, I am paying the EMIs, but I had enough trouble with them.
1.After one year they send a legal notice to me saying that I have not given the intitial advance of 20,000 R.s
I have get the full details from my side to prove that and escalate to the whole team and finally they agreed that they received it.
2. After 2 months they told that my EMI is not cleared for a specific month, which is actually cleared.
3. Today, I realized that, they have not even submitted my balance cheques for last 3 months. ???
4. Mothers name has spelling mistake, even after I have given correctly. I notified them, but still they have not corrected it.

Any one of you can call me on my number, I can explain in detail. I can forward the full mail chains with relicord with issues.

So they are not at all professional and never go with them.

Hari Nair CK replied. yes Life cell is the best, when ourbabygirl was due in Feb 2011 we shortlisted Lifecell after meeting Cyrobanks, Relicord, Babycord etc. Cyrobanks are thugs they promise you the moon and also there is no indian hand in this company so we can' t rely on them at all. Relicord is good but the offers have so much marketing gimmicks. Other players lacks either the technical infrastructure or the commercial backing to remain a long term player. Hence Chennai based Lifecell scores above all of them. Their before and after sales service is excellent. Their EMI' s started only after my baby was one month old. Anybody has any idea what can be done in such a case. Priyal replied. Even I had the same doubt and met the reps of LifeCell, Cryobanks and Cryosave. After evaluating the pros and cons of all 3 companies, I have decided to go with LifeCell. Even my gynaec has advised me to go with LifeCell. H K replied. Thanks everyone. I am going thru with Reliance as I found them to be more professional than the Cryo rep. Cryo rep was pushing me into the deal. I was able to negotiate it out with reliance. Woulod suggest that you go for cryobanks as i personally used their service and finding it genuine and i refered my cousine also and no complaints so far, its being a year now since we purchased this.I can give the rep no. also who helped me out in this Mcool replied. just check out cryostemcell,they also offer the same services.i think there pricing is better than relicord or cryobanks.
