I always wonder..How much foreplay couples will do after 8 years of marriage and 2 kids?

1. What will be the daily schedule in bed? just hug and kiss when they have small kids?
2. Will couple wait till they starve and have sex?
3. Some couples sleep on there own after some years? How is it possible?

4. Does a guy who excercise do more sex? even after 8 years?

5. Does guy who excercise do more foreplay? because they have patience ??? even after 8 years?

I agree with your problem. Often it becomes difficult with kids waiting to be cared for...sometimes in the middle of the sex act. Then you also fear doing the act before the kid thinking that it will have bad effect on him if he watches you. You either skip sex or just keep waiting for that day when you will be alone (which never comes). So it often is a fast sex routine. Then you surely miss on the orgasm part. I think a good sex session involves around 20 minutes of foreplay and 5 min or so of penetration sex.
After some years sex may become repetitive, in that case couples can try sex games, different positions. At this stage you should experiment new things.
It is again advisable to sleep together as much as possible. Again it depends on the situation. Exercise increases sex urge and stamina.

Sometimes you have to face such problems and if you are planning leave your childrens in some relatives home and you can have sex for sometime, rather than starving for it. I hope this is helpful

with time a couple gets used to each other hence sex does get a bit dull...however I have been excersing regularly...and i must tell you that excercise increases sexual urges and capacity...my partner is very satisfied and has on orgasm almost everytime we make love...more women have shown interest in sex with me..however i want to be a one womean man..tough at times it is difficult to control..good luck to you...

After getting kids due to strain the foreply time will come down to 15 to 30 min.

1. Hug & Kiss is normal. Opening the dress by opesite and nude body contact will put in action.
2. It all depends on situation
3. Couple may sleep on their own still they reach each other in right time.
4. Excercise won't make much difference. This will help to keep mind relaxiation. It can be another entertainment also.

couple make love even after 2 kids and 8 yrs of marriage . It does not depend how old is the marriage life or how big the kids are but it depends how experimental you are.
fore play work as a catalyst for increasing sex desire and it is always require otherwise actual intercourse last only for 10-15 minutes . Sex making with good fore play can make the process upto 90 minutes .
you should be more experimental with new ways of love making but always should be started with much and much foreplay.

excercise is always helpful for couple who wants to make sex for longer life
